Shipment&Delivery:

All our items will be shipped to buyers address which offered by buyers, please confirm your address before payment. We will send the items within 3 Business days once your payment is completed. (Holidays may be extended)

* In general, all the orders will be processed within 3-7 business days after the payment is confirmed.
* The item will be shipped via YANWEN, DHL, FedEx, USPS, EMS. The delivery depends on the carrier after packages shipped out, plus it is international transport, the delivery may delay, hope you can understand and wait patiently. Thanks in advance.
* You can track your package on 17track. If you can`t find any tracking info on it please contact us.

* FEDEX: 5-15 days.
* Free shipping time: 10-30 days.
* Standard shipping time: 7-20days.

For different countries, there are different customs policy, it is unavoidable to pay VAT/import tax, all products' price is not included VAT, customer need to handle customs clearance and pay tax. Usually logistics team will help customer do clearannce. Below is tax of some countries for customers reference.

1. To US: No VAT below US$800. 7.5%-8% tax if total amount over US$800, and maybe handle service cost from logistics.

2. To EU: Please refer to below info. added logistics team handle service cost.
