Shipment&Delivery:

All our items will be shipped to buyers address which offered by buyers, please confirm your address before payment. We will send the items within 3 Business days once your payment is completed. (Holidays may be extended)

* In general, all the orders will be processed within 3-7 business days after the payment is confirmed.
* The item will be shipped via YANWEN, DHL, FedEx, USPS, EMS. The delivery depends on the carrier after packages shipped out, plus it is international transport, the delivery may delay, hope you can understand and wait patiently. Thanks in advance.
* You can track your package on 17track. If you can`t find any tracking info on it please contact us.

* FEDEX: 5-15 days.
* Free shipping time: 10-30 days.
* Standard shipping time: 7-20days.

For different countries, there are different customs policy, it is unavoidable to pay VAT/import tax, all products' price is not included VAT, customer need to handle customs clearance and pay tax. Usually logistics team will help customer do clearance. Below is tax of some countries for customers reference.

1. To US: VAT is 27.5%-28% +2% logistics handle service cost +7% platform service cost. Note: logistics handle service cost and platform service cost are based on all tax cost. You need to prepay when placing the order. Or you can choose pay the tax by yourself, then no need 7% platform service cost.

2. To EU: Please refer to below info. added logistics team handle service cost.

Statement on the Update of SKY ROVER’s Warranty Policy

Dear customers,

To provide a clearer understanding of the warranty coverage and service terms for each product, we have recently updated and standardized the wording of our warranty policy. The goal of this update is to improve transparency, supplement details that were not previously specified, and unify the warranty duration and related descriptions across all product categories.

It is important to clarify that this update does not change our original service commitments or practices. The revisions focus on making the policy language more accurate and easier to understand. We continue to follow the principle of “limited lifetime support”: within the stated warranty period, free repair services remain available; after the warranty period, we will still provide support and repair services, with reasonable charges applied only in specific situations.

Main Updates

  • For the SRBC APO series, the warranty label on the packaging has been updated to “3-Year Warranty.” This change is intended to present the warranty period more clearly and intuitively. The service content remains the same—free repairs covered under the policy within three years, and continued technical support beyond the warranty period.

 

  • For other product lines, this update also provides standardized and clearly defined warranty durations. Going forward, the warranty period for each product category will be clearly marked in our official materials for easy reference.
