Great delivery

I ordered the 10*42. Very clean product, everything is smooth, operating and cleaN. The packaging felt very secure. It took 13 days between the order and the delivery in France.
The optics are great, great value for money.

Great optics

The optics of the 10x50 are sensationally good. The mechanics are also good. However, there is still room for improvement.
I would give the optics 6 stars and the mechanics 4.5.

Top quality all-rounder

I own Kowa Genesis 10.5x44 and wanted a replacement for my Kowa BD II 8x42 with better optical quality. I am more than satisfied with Banner Cloud 8x42 APO. Similarly to Genesis it has perfect central field quality (no visible CA, great sharpness) but much larger apparent and real field of view, with even better edge sharpness.

I also looked through 10x42 APO and several "alphas" like SF 10x42, EL 10x50 and they are really comperable. Bonner Clouds have an advantage of contrast.

The are only minor drawbacks. The eye-cups could be smaller (Sky Rover has just announced a smaller diameter replacement). I would prefer slightly more textured and softer armour. Night views against strong light sorces produce moderate spikes.

Great binocular with minor errors

Pros: Bright, sharp, clear optics without CA. Wow, when you look inside first. Amazing!
Cons: you often need to make slight diopter adjustments when switching between near and far focus. This is confusing for a birdwatcher. Slight rainbow effect when looking at the moon. You need to change the viewing angle, then it will disappear.

Unfortunately, only 3 stars due to the diopter error

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Dopo aver letto molte recensioni positive e commenti entusiastici su vari forum specialistici, ho deciso di acquistare un Banner Cloud 10x42ED....ed è tutto vero! È un binocolo eccellente con una qualità di immagine pari o superiore a quella di molti strumenti di alta gamma molto più costosi. Spero che Sky Rover ampli entro breve la famiglia Banner Cloud anche con modelli più compatti e leggeri da portare nelle mie escursioni in montagna. Una menzione va fatta anche al servizio vendite che ha risposto con gentilezza ad ogni mia domanda e richiesta facendomi ricevere il binocolo in tempi eccezionalmente rapidi.
