8x42/10x42/10x50/12x50 APO Binoculars

The Sky Rover Banner Cloud 10x42 is so good that it is difficult to put in words but I will try. It has a 7.8° FOV which is incredible for 10x binocular and wider than many 8x binoculars.

The FOV is wider than the best and most expensive Swarovski binocular and has better edge sharpness, stray light control and almost no pin cushion distortion which again is better than Swarovski's best.

Depth of field, contrast and detail are on the same level or even better than the most expensive binoculars ever made. What Sky Rover did was optical genius and everyone who was involved in the engineering and design of this binocular deserves much praise.

Sky Rover Optics has been around since 2003 and is well known for their high end optics at reasonable prices and they have again produced another winner series with their Banner Cloud Binoculars. I see only great achievements for this company and wish them a very bright future.

Best optics I have ever had in a pair of Binoculars, and I have owned the top makes.
These are just as good without the expense, sharp to the very edge, gone now are the days you have to spend a fortune these will cost around 25% or less than the top makes .

I have been observing celestial objects for a long time using 70-150mm aperture BT binoculars manufactured by Skyrover. Recently, I had the opportunity to use the SRBC 10X42 binoculars. While I have experienced optical performance in the large BT series that surpasses most Japanese BT models, excluding Kowa, I was surprised to find such outstanding optical performance in a roof prism binocular.

When compared to the Leica Noctivid 10X42, it is clear that Leica has superior build quality and assembly precision, such as alignment of the barrels and the quality of the peripheral image. However, I believe that most users new to binoculars who compare the two side by side would say that the SRBC "seems to provide a better view."

In practice, the SRBC 10X42 outperformed the Noctivid in both daytime and nighttime brightness, and its chromatic aberration control was also superior. The sharpness of the central image is comparable, and the sharpness at the edges is either on par or slightly better in the SRBC 10X42. The only area where the Noctivid, a top-tier German binocular, excels optically is in its control of stray light and ghosting. Personally, I also prefer Leica's color rendition. However, in terms of pure optical performance, I believe that at least Leica has been matched within the European trio of brands.

If your company could further improve the assembly quality of your small-aperture binoculars and add user-enjoyable options like a 'magnification booster,' I believe you could genuinely compete on an equal footing with the European trio of brands.

Sehr gute optische Qualität, kein CA erkennbar, großes Sichtfeld mit weitreichender Randschärfe. leichtgängige Fokussierung. Dazu blitzschnelle Lieferung. Es gibt in den Okularen kleine Nebenpupillen ( je2) zu den Aussenrändern, die aber keinen störenden Einfluss auf den Einblick im Okular haben. Fokusgang ist etwas zu lang ( ca 400 ° ). Kann man aber mit leben. Verarbeitungsqualität sehr gut. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Qualität für den Preis. Etwas vergleichbares trotz Fracht, Zoll und Mwst. , die noch oben drauf kommen, wüsste ich nicht zu benennen. Über den langfristigen Gebrauchswert kann ich noch nichts sagen. Lebenslange Garantie. Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein in Deutschland oder EU ansässiger Händler, der im Falle des Falles den Service übernimmt. Bin sehr zufrieden. TOPP!!!

My wife bought me these as a birthday gift. Communications and updates from Sky Rover, during ordering and transit, were excellent. The binoculars arrived by FedEx to Ireland in only five days. The packaging was extremely careful and protective. The binoculars are very comfortable in the hand, focussing and diopter are smooth and precise, and the optics are excellent. Flat Field with no 'rolling ball' effect, superb CA control, very wide Field of View and excellent resolution with neutral colour rendition. Accessories are all of very high quality. I recommend these binoculars highly, they are extremely high quality at any price....and the price is also excellent. To get better views in a binocular made by other companies would cost over five times more, for tiny incremental gains that most people would never notice.
