The Sky Rover new 130GPS continues to use a special steel objective cell, with improved glass calibration processes and mounting methods, enhancing optical stability and image quality.

The rotating mechanism at the rear of the optical tube has been removed, and the optical tube now connects directly to the focuser, providing greater mechanical axis stability compared to previous versions. The focuser itself has been redesigned and refined, improving assembly standards and ensuring a more secure and reliable operation. At the rear of the focuser tube, a new v2 field rotator is integrated, featuring laser-engraved angle markings and smooth rotational operation.

To accommodate upcoming high-performance optical accessories, the objective flange plate has been moved forward, allowing focal plane adjustments without removing the dew shield. The flange plate uses the classic three-screw adjustment system for easy operation. Note: the telescope is factory-calibrated, and in most cases, user adjustment is not required.

The telescope is equipped with a new wide dovetail plate (compatible with Losmandy standards), featuring a curved design that combines gentle arcs with clean straight lines, giving the setup a touch of elegance and warmth. The 450 mm-long plate offers numerous mounting holes and T-slots, making it easy to adjust telescope balance and attach accessories.
